Free, 1:1 breastfeeding consultations offered by telephone and in person with a registered nurse/International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
All clients must complete a telephone appointment first.
In person appointments will be booked by the RN/IBCLC as needed during this call.
Can be booked prenatally (when still pregnant) to review concerns or postpartum (once baby is born), from birth to weaning.
Hospital grade breast pumps are available for short term loan to clients who are receiving breastfeeding support from the Centre.

Free Prenatal Breastfeeding Workshops:
Offered in person and virtually. Wednesdays evenings, once monthly, on Zoom or in person at 1365 Richmond Road location.
This workshop is facilitated by a Registered Nurse/International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. During the 2 hour session you will review:
– how you make milk for your baby
– how to have a good milk supply
– how to handle common breastfeeding challenges
– how to access community resources for breastfeeding support, prenatally and when the baby is born!
